Oxenfree WeHo is a pet-friendly community!
Bread restrictions include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American BullDog, Karelian Bear Dog, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.
Fees include:
$300 one time-non refundable fee per pet
$30 pet rent per month per animal
No weight limit
Limit (2) pets per unit
